He was predeceased by: his father David Antonio Ruiz. He is survived by: his mother Nicolasa Jiménez of Pennsylvania; his wife Tina Ruiz; his siblings, Maybelisse Zayas of Pennsylvania, Nichol Campos of Puerto Rico and David Ruiz of Maryland; and his nephew Melvin Eloy Zayas. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
