We announce the death of Sandra Carol Winquist of Chestertown, Maryland, who passed away on June 9, 2026, at the age of 81. Sandra will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hooley and Mary Cassie; and her grandparents, Alex and Hannah Cassie. She is survived by: her husband Donald Winquist; her daughters, Karen Smith (Peter) and Aileen Winquist (Morgan Smith); her brother George Hooley; her grandchildren, Ben (Jen), Colleen, Alex, Sahara and Aspen; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Henry Smith.
