He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spurrier and Dolores Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Judy (Goodall); his daughters, Hannah Mizelle and Jill Spurrier; his son-in-law Brian Mizelle; his granddaughter Alice; his brother Scott (Darlene); and his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Allison, Joseph and Gary (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newnam Funeral Home (130 Speer Rd, Chestertown, MD 21620).
