He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie R. Donahue and Barbara Donahue (Mounds). He is survived by: his sister Cheryl Lundin.
David had a distinguished career in leadership roles in the public sector for the YMCA, American Diabetes Association, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
