We announce the death of Eileen Frances Cole in Chevy Chase, Maryland, who passed away on June 8, 2026, at the age of 84. Eileen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank, Jr. Pfeiffer and Alice Catherine Pfeiffer (Henne). She is survived by: her husband Floyd Benton Cole, III; her daughters, Katherine Cole Douglas (John), Cheryl Cole Holland (Michael) and Angela Elizabeth Cole; her grandchildren, Alice Douglas Solomon (Michael), Sarah Douglas, Colben, Ryan and Caitlyn Holland; her great grandchild Michael Solomon; and her sister Doris Mainville (Pfeiffer).
