She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank C. Williams and Evelyn Dudman Williams. She is survived by: her husband Linn Hoover Jr.; her son Peter L. of Mystic, CT; her daughter-in-law Michelle; her granddaughters, Sarah Hoover, Rebecca Haga and Laura Kelley; and her great grandchildren, Owen Kelley, Makoto Haga and Elizabeth Kelley.
