She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin (Paula Schwalb) and Shirley; and her husband Albert H. She is survived by: her children, Susan Savitsky (Gerald), Albert Small Jr. (Tina) and James Small (Anayansie); her grandchildren, Robert Savitsky (Marissa), Stephen Savitsky, Albert Small (Susanna), Benjamin Small (Emily), Isabella Small and Gabriella Small; her great grandchildren, Bell and Wynn Savitsky; her brother Jacob Schwalb of Sandra, OBM; her nephews, Harris Schwalb (Amy) and Richard Alper of Kate, OBM; and her niece Patricia Alper Cohn (David).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lillian and Albert Small Capital Jewish Museum or the Washington Hebrew Congregation.
