He is survived by: his wife Ann Cotter Rowan; his children, Bill Rowan (Kris), Pat Rowan (Patti) and Mike Rowan (Jen); his grandchildren, Hailey, Meghan, Vivian, Evangeline, Michael, Molly and Tommy; his great grandchildren, Chase and Rosie; and his sisters, Katie Nurmi, Margie Boyle and Mary Vollono.
