He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alton Blackburn and Gladys Fleming Scott; his daughter Deborah Scott of Church Hill, MD; his stepchildren, Teddy Kimble, Patty Clark and Robert Kimble; his stepgrandchildren, Robbie, Caitlyn, Sabrina and Cameron; and his stepgreat-grandson Will.
