He was predeceased by: his parents, William Erastus Foster and Ethel Mae Foster (Huffstetler); his wife Eleanor Ann Foster (Walton); and his grandson-in-law Doug. He is survived by: his daughters, Kay Belzner (Chuck) and Michele Bush (Chester Johnson); his grandchildren, Kristen, Brandon (Ceda), Juliana, Kayla (Austin), Chelsea (Nick) and Dylan; his sister-in-law Janet Carper; and his friend Dot Pritt. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
