Lorraine Loy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2023, at the age of 81, Lorraine Loy of Clarksburg, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Quesenberry and Rosa Quesenberry; and her husband James W. Loy. She is survived by: her children, James, Jr. (Audrey) of Clarksburg and Debra Stubbs (Edward) of Mount Juliet, TN; her granddaughters, Melanie Mikus, Erika and Elizabeth Loy; and her sister Edna Frye. She is also survived by seven nieces, eight nephews and countless extended family members and friends.
