With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard James Rafferty of Clarksville, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 13, 2023 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Thomas Rafferty and Elizabeth Gertrude O'Hare. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Jessica and Maeve; his sons-in-law, Eric and Matthew; his grandchildren, William, Amos James, Julian and Ivy Marie; and his siblings, Joan (Chip), Cathy, Colleen (Harry) and Michael (Eloy). He is also survived by sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
