He was predeceased by: his significant other Carolyn Lee; and his parents, Olive Mae Preston Douglass and Clyde Douglass, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Amato (Michael); and his grandchildren, Luke, Connor, Shane, Kevin and Wilma Parrish Douglass.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville (12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029). A prayer was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
