He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Patricia Kastner. He is survived by: his significant other Susan "Sue" Warfield; his daughter Sammy Jo Whiting (Jennifer Whiting); his stepson Joshua Reyes (Rhianna Reyes); his granddaughter Parker Jo Whiting; his father Michael Joseph Kastner Jr.; his siblings, Michael Kastner III (June Kastner), Gary Kastner (Margy Kastner) and Katherine "Kathy" Stradley (Dave Stradley); and his cousin John Magruther. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
