He was predeceased by: his parents, Haines Kodani and Kazue Tadaki Kodani. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Heather Gaynor and Beauyn Kodani; his grandchildren, Ryan, Kelley and Zachary Gaynor; and his siblings, Cyrus Kodani (Laureen), Althea Viernes (Fili) and Celeste Miskae (Robert).
