He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Walter; his children, Robert Charles and Suzanne Gabrielle; and his grandchildren, Celeste Catherine Goyena, Joseph Robert Pereira, Robert Charles Goyena III, Matthew Abilio Pereira, Mary Grace Isabel Goyena, Michael Walter Pereira and Isabella Cristina Pereira.

He is survived by: his siblings, Don, Dorene and Joe; and his spouse Oracio Pereira.
