He is survived by: his brother Robert "Bob" Abrams (Joyce) of Mansfield, OH; his children, Kathleen McCarty of Newport, RI and Patrick McCarty (Caroline) of Sharon, MA; his grandchildren, Lila McCarty, Patrick McCarty and Beatrice McCarty; and his nieces and nephews, Stephen Abrams (Jessica) of Duxbury, MA, Mark Abrams (Laura) of Columbus, OH, Ayla and Vince.
