He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Charles, Becky, Andy and Philip; his parents, John Downs and Mary Downs of Clear Spring, Maryland.; his spouse Alliene; and his uncle Jacob Loose. He was also cherished by Dad will reunite in Heaven with Mom, his good friends.
