She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Otha and Betty Jane Mills (Gladhill). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Lou Brumbaugh, Jr.; her daughter Hannah Dorothy Brumbaugh; her pet Mia of Clear Spring, MD; and her brothers, Gary and Tim Mills of Pecktonville, MD. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
