He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Shrader (Keefer); his girlfriend Missy Mills; his daughters, Kelsey Rhodes, Rylee Rhodes and Chloe Rhodes; his grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Emberson, Jaylin and Little Garry; his sister Lisa Rhodes; his niece Taylor Brooke Sirbaugh; and his great-niece Khayliana Johnson.
