He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Blaker and Orpha Bernadine Small (Crone). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Jean Small (Swope); his children, Lacy R. Small and Dustin C. Small of Clear Spring, MD; his grandchildren, Everleigh Rose and Clayton Ryder; his niece Denise Cook; his nephew Josh Small; and his brother Darrell Small.
