She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mills Sr. and Susanna Drury; her son William Bigler Jr.; her son-in-law Charles "Bobby" Shatzer; her grandson Gary Shatzer; her great grandchild Kinsley Lorraine Minnick; and her siblings, Lewis Mills, James Mills, John Mills Jr. Franklin Mills, Betty Guyer and Esther Sword.
She is survived by: her husband William Leroy Bigler; her children, John Robinson (Ronnie) of South Carolina, Brenda Shatzer of Hagerstown, MD, Betty (David) and Robinson of Florida; her daughter-in-law Barbara Bigler of Clear Spring, MD; and her sister Catherine Perkins. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23, great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren.
