With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Shoop of Clear Spring, Maryland, who passed away on August 16, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kelley and Bonnie Kelley; and her sisters, Mary Netz and Regina Moats. She is survived by: her husband Robert Shoop Sr.; her sons, Robert Shoop Jr. (Rachel), Jeffery Shoop and Troy Shoop (Kelly); and her siblings, Anna Murray, Beverly Edwards, Shirley Myers, Debra Gantz, Joseph Kelley Jr., Robert Kelley, Mark Kelley, Richard Kelley, Daniel Kelley and David Kelley. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
