He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Bud" Yost; and his brother Richard A. Yost Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Holland of Hedgesville, WV; his wife Harriet Grace Yost; his children, Jeremy Yost (Nicole) and Tara Rohrer (Travis); his grandchildren, Lucas and Claire Rohrer; and his siblings, Sheri Yeakle (John), Daryl Yost (Edna), Gail Hull Robin McKenzie (Brett), LeeAnne Aikens, Jay Near and Peggy Ashton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
