He was predeceased by: his parents, Parren Martin Howe and Mary Agnes Howe (Harris); and his siblings, Joseph William Howe, James Louis Howe, Mary Agnes Ferguson, John Sheldon Howe, Alice Mae Johnson, Parran Aloysius Howe, Joseph Clarence Howe, Peter Henry Howe and Helen Elizabeth Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Elizabeth Wathen of Joseph's Catholic Church; his sons, Mark Allen Howe (Kimberly) of Leonardtown, MD and William Martin Howe of Leonardtown, MD; and his grandchildren, Emily "Ev" Nicole Bosse (Jake), Matthew Ryan Howe, William Thomas Howe and John Luke Howe.
