He is survived by: his wife Tonya Hinton Neighbors; his children, Travis Neighbors, Lavette Neighbors, Danielle Neighbors and Channell Neighbors; his grandchildren, Dajuan Crossland-Neighbors, Jayden Stallworth, Zoey Neighbors, Kyrie Reaves and Maili Magruder; his siblings, Ethel Butler and Gregory Epperson; and his brother-in-law Harvey Neighbors.
