He is survived by: his family Buddies; his wife Beverly Harley; his son Alan Harley; his grandchildren, Tiya Harley and Kenneth Harley Jr. (Chico); his great grandchildren, Kennedie Ingram and CharLee Robertson-Harley; his sister Gloria Newman (Stumpy); his sisters-in-law, Janet Vaughan and Gina Vaughan; and his nephew Damian Chapman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
