He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rindlisbach Self; his children, Annette Larsen (Todd), Cynthia Silski (Andrew), Brian Self (Paola) and Michelle Gish (John); and his sisters, Wanda Nielsen, Sharon Lambert and Ruby Hoskins. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
