In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Josefina had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Josefina may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She is survived by: her husband Gilberto Otero Colon; and her children, Gilberto J. Otero (Laura), Emilia D. Dillard (David), George G. Otero (Lizette) and Sherry A. Keegan (Sean). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (8908 Old Branch Ave, Clinton, MD 20735). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
