She is survived by: her husband Gilberto Otero Colon; and her children, Gilberto J. Otero (Laura), Emilia D. Dillard (David), George G. Otero (Lizette) and Sherry A. Keegan (Sean). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
