She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Morris and Amelia Morris (Tomaro); and her daughter Anna Marie. She is survived by: her spouse A. Ritchie Cox, Sr. of Jerome's Catholic Church; her children, Frank Cox (Leslie), Christine Letcher (Ronnie), A. Ritchie Cox, Jr. (Karen), Dr. Teresa Mary Cox (Alan Bradshaw) and John Cox (Julie Jacko); her grandchildren, Francine, Sarah, Angela, Michael, Kristina, Brenndan, Alex, Rebecca, Meg and Aidan; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Kenny, Carter and Emilia Rae; and her sister May Toepfer. She is also survived by her three sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory (6160 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church Piscataway (Main Church) (13401 Piscataway Rd, Clinton, MD 20735).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church Piscataway.
