She is survived by: her children, Herbert Abercrombie Jr. (Perdita), David Abercrombie (Constance), Timothy Abercrombie Sr. (Jacqueline) and Karen Cheeks (Antonio); and her sister Shirley Pettus. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
