She is survived by: her mother Donna Palmer; her husband Robert J. Brown, Jr.; her daughter Elizabeth Ellen Brown; and her siblings, Lisa Kay Scott and Philip Jay Brown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, stepsisters, and in-laws.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Joseph's Church (100 Church Ln, Cockeysville, MD 21030).
