She was predeceased by: her mother Lilly Jane Blackburn (Belcher). She is survived by: her husband Mike Richardson; her children, Aaron Richardson (Nichole), Daniel Richardson (Mollie), Justin Brooks, Michael Richardson and Carah Richardson; her father Danny Blackburn; her brother David Blackburn; and her grandchildren, Delaney, Tatum and Rhett.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the R. T. Foard Funeral Home (111 S Queen St, Rising Sun, MD 21911). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
