He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Palmer, Sr. and Martha Palmer (Woehr). He is survived by: his wife Susan Palmer (McElmurry); his sons, Cody Palmer of Wilmington, DE, Morgan Palmer (Christine) of Colora, MD and Zachary Palmer (Elizabeth) of Fort Riley, KS; his brothers, George Palmer III (Tonya) of Tipton, PA and Paul Palmer, Jr. (Suzanne) of Elkton, MD; and his grandsons, Augustus and Samuel.
