He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Marjorie Leona Carter Lawson; and his brothers, Jerry Thomas Lawson and Johnny Joe Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Edith Elaine Hill Lawson; and his children, James Thomas Lawson of Port Deposit, MD, Jason David Lawson of Port Deposit, MD and Janet Elaine Lawson Kipp of Port Deposit, MD. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
