He is survived by: his wife Loretta Joy Moore; his children, Casey Watters, Kelly Jackson (Brian) and Craig Moore (Theresa); his grandchildren, Mason Watters, Kendra Watters, Jason Jackson (Alesha), Garrett Jackson and Colbie Moore; his great grandchildren, Luka James Jackson and Lillian Grace Jackson; and his brother Byron Moore, Jr. (Eleanor).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Rising Sun Church of the Nazarene (2626 Jacob Tome Memorial Hwy, Colora, MD 21917). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at the West Nottingham Cemetery (1195 Firetower Rd, Colora, MD 21917).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rev. Moore's memory to The Rising Sun Church of the Nazarene.
