He is survived by: his wife Alice Horner; his parents, Ray Horner and Esther Horner of New Haven; his children, Dawn Horner of Boston, Tony Horner (Claudia) of Chesapeake, VA, Warren Horner (Casey) of Niskayuna, NY and Jonelle Pitt of Chesapeake, VA; his sister Antoinette Dunston of New Haven, CT.; and his grandchildren, Rachel Horner of Chesapeake, VA, Madison and Jackson Horner of Niskayuna, NY.
