She was predeceased by: her parents, David R. Jones and Catherine M. Newcomer; and her husband Leo W. Heavner. She is survived by: her sons, Randall L. Weist, Sr. (Denise) of Columbia, MD and Michael T. Weist (Tonya) of Dunmor, KY; her brothers, Ronald L. Jones of Dagsboro, DE and Dennis M. Jones (Cindy) of Daytona Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Randall L. Weist, Jr. of St. Charles, MO, Brittany W. Frisch (Chris) of Grain Valley, MO and Austin J. Weist (Angela) of Dunmor, KY; her great grandchildren, Grace, Natalie, Haddon (Children), Olivia, Madelyn and Alice; and her stepdaughters, Tammy Berg and Stacy Toy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Carolyn's favorite charities: The Michael J. Fox Foundation and/or St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to a charity of the donor's choice.
