It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David A Via (Columbia, Maryland), born in Sleepy Hollow, New York, who passed away on January 18, 2022, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Fetter of Yorktown Heights. He is survived by: his father Francis A. Via; his wife Tara; his brother Michael (Caroline); his niece Kate; his nephew Ben; his parents-in-law, Mark, Susan Chapman, Rebecca and Ian Ross; and his nephew Declan.

David was a supporter of many charitable organizations and devoted his time, talents and treasure to the Maryland Food Bank, WALK to End Alzheimer's, and Rotaract Club; and David loved singing in the Sage Chapel choir at Cornell.
