She was predeceased by: her parents, Arno Leroy Pratt and Catherine Virginia Crites Pratt; her husband Anthony Wilson Kelly; and her brothers, Donnie Pratt and Randy Pratt.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Kelly of Thurmont, MD, Daniel Kelly of Goldsboro, MD and Wade Kelly of Catonsville, MD; and her sister Barbara Pratt of Ormond Beach, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel (107 Washington St, Moorefield, WV 26836). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
