He is survived by : his wife Mary Ottey; his sister Carolyn; his children, Richard Chance Meade (Shamea), Kelly L. Walker (Philip) and Bryan Meade (Mary Ann); his grandchildren, Richard C. Meade Jr., Angela Nelson, Jessie Meade, Ann Marie Robinette, Sarah Meade, Caroline Meade, Kennan Meade, Phoebe Meade, Philip David Walker Jr., Joseph Walker and Amanda Walker; and his great grandchildren, Thaida, Christina, Aiden, Evan, Charlie, Damon, Nicky, Camyrn, Maya and Alexandria.
