He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Julie Wolf; his children, Sarah Crispi, Daniel Wolf and Rebecca Foreman; his grandchildren, Theo, Maya and Lola; and his siblings, Susan Kaufman and William Wolf.
