He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie A. Wolf and William L. Lazenby; his wife Helen; his daughter Eileen; and his siblings, Raymond and Corrine.
He is survived by: his sisters, Janice Spence and Patricia Bealefeld; his daughters, Terry Uhler and Dawn Sellers; his grandson Jeremiah Bernstein; his children, Valerie and Nathan; his granddaughter Stacy LeGeer; his great grandchild Deklan; his granddaughter Brittany Sellers; his great grandchildren, Ava, Maurice and Myles; his granddaughter Olivia McComas; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and MacKenzie; Katrina Holland, Alana, Beau, Finley and Calvin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
