She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Milliner; and her husband Esley Roop III. She is survived by: her father Wayne Milliner; her children, Sarah Roop (Destiny) and Bubby Roop (Marcy Miller); and her sisters, Delores Atwood, Rebecca Bishop, Jacqueline Milliner and Heather Milliner. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the West Nottingham Cemetery (1195 Firetower Rd, Colora, MD 21917). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026.
