He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Barney Parsons and Zola Edna Parsons; his son Roey Parsons, Jr.; his grandchildren, Chance Roey Parsons and Lindsey Amber Stewart; and his sister Lorraine Parsons.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Parsons; his daughter Alice Stewart (Matthew); his grandchildren, Matthew Stewart, Amber Stewart, Cole Parsons and Cody Parsons; and his sisters, Brenda Henry, Shelby Sharp, Lois Owen and Rhon Parsons (Nancy). He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant View Baptist Church (150 Downin Ln, Port Deposit, MD 21904). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at the Nottingham Missionary Baptist Cemetery (303 W Christine Rd, Nottingham, PA 19362).
