We announce the death of Terry Wayne Elkins of Conowingo, Maryland, who passed away on August 7, 2026, at the age of 78. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gayle E. Marcellion-Elkins; his children, Terry Elkins Jr. (Kris) and David S. Hamer (Missy); his grandson Hunter Hamer; and his sisters, Linda Schmidt and Cindy Swain.
