She was predeceased by: her former husband Richard Nelson Reed; her husband Everett Waters; and her siblings, Goldia Jean Amburgey, Marsha Elizabeth Havens, Vernie Faye Bowman, Kenneth Woodson Dickens and Roy Carroll Dickens.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Reed (Sharon) of Cooksville, MD and Susan Reed; her granddaughter Ashley Barth (Brian) of Westminster, MD; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Ellie Barth. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests in leiu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital 332 N Lauderdale St, Memphis TN 38105.
