She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Kelley and Irene Kelley; her brother Donny Kelley; and her husband JC Russ. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Cheryl Kelley; her nephew Kevin Kelley; her great-nieces, Kaitlin Norris and Taylor Kelley; Caleb Norris and Avery Norris.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Fairview Church of the Brethren (11243 Chapel Rd, Cordova, MD 21625).
