She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Stanford and Viola Stanford; her husband Paul Holmes, Sr.; her siblings, Quenton, Rayfield, Lester, Lonnie, Leroy Stanford, Mary Stanford, Grace Holden and Janice Brooks; and her grandson Ronnie Stanford, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Pierce-Morrow, Sandra Caldwell (Norwood), Delford Pierce, Jr., Carl Black (Patsy), Garry Stanford (Sandy), Ronnie Stanford Sr. (Lynn) and Mychal Stanford Sr.; her sisters, Faith Greene, Geraldine Stewart and Shirley Anderson; and her nephew George Stanford, Sr.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
