He was predeceased by : his parents, George Elmer Collins and Margaret Gertrude Dawson Collins; and his siblings, Edward F. "Eddie" Collins, Elmira Elizabeth Collins and Linda Ann Faulkner.

He is survived by : his daughter Penny Fontana (Edward) of Easton; and his sisters, Charlotte Blades of Henderson and Rev. Joan C. Wolff (H. Rodman) of Easton. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and family.
